4x4 & 2x4 Assembly Guide
P SCROG 4x4
Unwrap the aluminum frame pieces and place like pieces together on a rug, carpet or similar hard, but protected surface. Take one channel piece and lay it in a position with the channel opening facing right . Place the H-Bar piece roughly 21" parallel to the 1st channel piece with colored dots facing up. Place the 2nd channel piece on the right of the H-Bar roughly 21" parallel to it, with the channel opening facing left .
Take each of the angle pieces and place them on top of the ends of the three pieces above with their flat perpendicular edge facing outboard and corresponding color dot facing the H-Bar.
Match colored dots
Align the 6 holes and insert one screw into each hole and secure with wing nuts. Hand tightening is sufficient.
Take the 4 screens and put the leading edge of each screen into the channel slots.
Gently bow the screens enough to put each opposing screen edge into the H-Bar slots. Install all 4 screens in the same manner.
Position the screens to form a perfect square.

Take each of the angle pieces and place them on top of the ends of the 2 channels above with their flat perpendicular edges facing outboard.
Align the 4 holes and insert one screw into each hole and secure with wing nuts. Hand tightening is sufficient.
Take the 2 screens and put the leading edge of each screen into the channel slots.

Position the screens.
